Winter of Care: Alternative Tools and Strategies to Support Ourselves and Each Other
While the seemingly never ending Covid crisis continues to unfold in various ways around the globe, our need for more accessible mental health support feels especially crucial right now. 
This conversation looked at how to organize outside of traditional therapeutic structures, putting both self and collective care, communication and harm reduction at the forefront. We discussed how to nurture meaningful connections within our music communities, as we oscillate between the new normals of reopening and isolation.
Our panelists included Kemoy Jemmott (The Queer Black Therapy Fund), Pauli (DisCakes) and rafi (TS Raver). The panel was moderated by jarral Boyd (aequa).
